No Cancellations or Refunds After Payment
  • Once a project scope has been mutually agreed upon and payment has been made, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to all services provided by Techmostphere, including but not limited to:

    • Website development

    • Software development

    • Mobile application development

    • UI/UX design

    • Custom integrations

    • Technical consulting

By submitting payment, you confirm your acceptance of the agreed project scope and acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable.

Requesting a Cancellation (Before Payment Only)

If you wish to cancel a project before any payment is made and before work begins, you must notify us via email with a clear statement of intent to cancel.

Once work has started or payment has been processed, cancellation requests will not be honored, and no refunds will be issued.

Revisions and Support

We aim for complete client satisfaction and typically include a revision or support phase as part of the agreed project scope. Please review your project agreement or proposal for details regarding:

  • Bug fixes or post-launch support

  • Timeline for feedback and iteration

Requests for revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
